A Star's Life

Hi people! Today we are going to learn about stars. I know what your thinking, twinkle twinkle little star. But there is more to it than that. It's about a star's life cycle. To show you that we have to go in space.

Cool a new time travel clock.

Here we are back in space. Look, a stellar nursery. A stellar nursery is made up of clouds, gas, and dust.
Look, a baby star is being born. It is called a protostar. The nuclear fusion generates alot of energy. The energy makes the stars ingnite.

cool right.

Now its time to talk about their mid life. Come on follow me. Here we are. The mid life is the longest time of a star's life. Fun fact our own sun is in main sequence too. Cool right? Right now our sun is 4.6 billion years old. The stars mass is what happens after the main sequence.

This star is at main sequence. Its time to learn a star's end. Sad right? Anyway, when the star gets old they become a red gaint. A red giant is a large star. Then the star collapes on itself. That's called a planetary nebula.

Then it will explode. That's called a super nova. The explosion can last for 3 months or more. The last of the star is called the white drawf. It is the same size of the earth.

Well its time to go home. Here we go!

Hope to see you next time. This is Science Fairy saying keep doing science.

Black Holes

Hi, this is the Science Fairy saying welcome back! Theres no way out! Just kidding. Anyway we are going to learn about black holes. Here we go!
P.S. we are not going back in time.  We are going to space and this is way cooler than a space shuttle isn't it? Anyway, her we go!

Woah we landed right near the black hole. Ok, lets back it up.
Ok, this is a good view. Time to learn. A black hole is a region of the universe so dense it traps stuff in there forever.  Scientists think there are two ways for a black hole to form. A death of a large star and a group of stars that collapse together. If a black hole finds our solar system the meteors would lose there place then crash into earth and that would be close to the end. Any way thats not going to happen in a billion years. There are black holes wandering the space. They are so strong they can make planets crash. AHHHHHHH! Planets are crashing, cover your ears!
                                                                    BOOM CRASH!
Ok, now that over there is a black hole sucking in a star.
Cool right? Anyway, you can't  see in a black hole. One of the crazy things about them is that nothing could ever escape that strong gravitational pull, not even light.  So they are completely invisible. Black holes do have sort of an edge. It is called an event horizon.  It means no way out. No one can ever escape once they are sucked in. Here is an example.  How about a water fall, for instance. Ok the closer you are to the waterfall the more rapids there are.  So when you fall in to the waterfall you can't get out.
Lets talk to Albert Einstein.  He might have more information for us. Lets goooooooooo!

Me-Hi Albert Einstein
Albert- Hi
Me- Do you having any examples of space time?
Albert- Yes I do. Here, hold the other side of the fabric. Ok, now I'm going to put a rock in it.
Me- Woah the rock made a very deep hole in the fabric.
Albert-  Yes, that means that it made a hole in space time and that makes it a black hole. Well you should get going.  See you later.
Me - Bye.

Ok, one more example, then we will be done. This example is drop a clock into a black hole.  Look at Clock A and B. IF you want to do this experiment, go to this website.

Well its time to go back.  Hope you had a fun time!

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Was that amazing? Comment me if you liked it.
This is the Science Fairy saying peace out.

   MILKY WAY
Hi people it's the Science Fairy. Well my other name is travel fairy. Anyway we are going to travel in to space lets gooooooo!
three two one blast off
 We are in space cool.
Look there's a milky way galaxy lets try to count them, 1, 2, 3, 4, oh never mind there are too many. But really there are 200 billion and 400 billion stars in our galaxy. We live on the orion arm and the sun is so tiny we can't even see it. Look here's a chart.
The milky way's center is a bungle of stars.

preety is it.

There are four major arms and several minor ones. They spiral around a huge bungle in an area known as the disk.

No! Not that kind of disk!

 See now that's a disk.
As you can see it is flat as a coin.Outside the disk is a halo of stars.
Most astronomers think there's a big black hole.
Let's check it out! Come on don't be a scaredy cat. If you're not ,then come on.

Whoa I see why you are scared. Don't get close to it or you will get sucked inside. It is so strong not even light can get get out that's why it is so dark. Look There are two other Galaxies coming to us . They might combine with us. Our solar system orbits around the galactic center every 225-250 million years. That periond time is called the galactic year.

Cool Right!
Well time to go back to earth.

 weeeeeeeeeee!
Was that fun or not? I hope you had a blast. This is the Science Fairy saying keep doing science!

Ps. This is not a tv Show !
The Big Bang Theory
Hi its science Fairy again did you like my first blog.im sure you will love my second.

today we are going to learn about the big bang theory  to learn about that we have to go back in time. 14 million years ago.

woah we are going back in time.
we are in space and look there is the singularity oh on it going to blow take cover.

woah that is amazing

what you just saw was the big bang theory and you thought you were never going to see it . look a universe is starting to form.
Amazing right

It is time to go back.

we are going back.

sence we are back im going to tell you about the big bang theory.
the earth started because of the big bang theory. the universe started 14 milloin years ago. that was a long time you know what else is cool all the unverise was packed in one little tiny Singularity that is what you just saw.amazing right.it is hard to imagine but all the elements was in that singularity.

No one really knows why it exploded and it didnt just hold matter it hold space to.know we have to learn about the astronomer. that astronomer  is edwin hubble.
He had major evidence about the big bang hey lets talk to him.back in time we go.
i love time travel
 me-hi edwin hubble

edwin hubble-hi
me- We are here to learn about your major evidence about the big bang.
edwin hubble- I was able to find out about the big bang becouse of my telescope it was even able to find left over radition.
me-Awsome.
Edwin hubble-I have to get back to work see you later

 Me-Bye

Time to go back.
 Im getting used to this.
Was that fun or not well i hope you enjoyed learning. about the big bang see you soon.
This is science fairy saying keep doing science experiments

Peace out.
